Scope Consulting has designed over 20 new residential houses and slabs across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay Region over the past year. In addition, we have provided professional engineering appraisals and structural reports on residential construction defects for existing home owners and prospective buyers.

Maroochy Wetland Sanctuary

Scope Consulting was engaged by Sunshine Coast Council to design the new structural elements for the Maroochy Wetland project in Bli Bli comprising new footpaths, ramps and cycleways, and retaining walls as part of the amenity improvement for this park.

Watermark Resort, Caloundra

Scope Consulting was commissioned by the body corporate to investigate the causes of structural cracking and water ingress into the basement car park, and provide advice on appropriate further diagnostic investigations and repairs.

Russell Family Park Stages 1 & 2

Scope Consulting was engaged by Sunshine Coast Council to design the structural improvements for Stages 1 & 2 improvements to Russell Family Park, Montville.  Works included the design of new shelters, retaining walls, bridges/walkways for the park improvements.

Jasper Bentley Park 

Scope Consulting provided consulting engineering advice to Sunshine Coast Council for the proposed improvements to Jasper Bentley Park. 

Access Improvements to Morayfield

Shopping Centre

Scope Consulting was engaged to provide planning assistance with proposed disabled access ramps to Morayfield shopping centre, and the detailed structural design of the new ramps.
