Mooloolaba Tennis Centre

Scope Consulting were engaged to assist the Mooloolaba Tennis Club Inc to assist with the project definition, scoping and planning for the proposed expansion of the Mooloolaba Tennis Club.

Shipmates House, Collaroy

Prior to forming Scope Consulting, Peter acted as superintendent's representative for remedial concrete repairs to a coastal unit development experiencing severe concrete cancer.  Considerable oversight was provided during construction to ensure repairs were undertaken to the approved repair details, and to monitor and document the extent of final repairs and contractor claims.

Bridge Replacements, Moreton Bay Region

Peter acted as project manager for the planning and design phases for the infrastructure upgrade of two existing road bridges and the design of a new pedestrian crossings over environmentally sensitive sites.  Particular attention was made to simplifying design and staging of construction works to ensure the bridge crossings were operationally maintained during the upgrades.

Sheep Station Ck Park

Peter acted as project manager for the amenity improvements, improvement of stormwater runoff, environmental rehabilitation of the 25Ha Sheep Station Ck Park, Morayfield.  Proposed improvements required extensive planning and modeling to ensure flood capacity of the catchment was maintained and adjacent properties were not adversely affected.
